Frequently Asked Questions:

1.Does this come with the travel mug as pictured?

Ans: It does not come with either a travel mug or a mannequin's right hand to hold it.

2.will it reheat old coffee?

Ans: I had a problem getting it to turn back on after it had shut off. It wanted me to pour water in instead of just turning it back on. So I'm not sure if it would reheat old coffee.

3.Can you set an alarm for the coffee maker to begin brewing automatically in the morning?

Ans: The coffee maker can be pre-programmed to turn on at a specified time. It has the ability to be set to stay on for 1,2,3, or 4 hours and can be set to regular or bold strength.

4.Can u reset the coffee timer after the 4hr the timer goes off?

Ans: Yes, you can reset it for more hours from 1-4 again after it stops. Press the on/off for 3 seconds and reset for 1-4 more hours.

5.How do you make the coffee flow faster? The opening seems to have gotten smaller over the years, in spite of frequent rinsing.

Ans:  Cleaning the screen where the coffee exits are very important, but yours could be another issue. We have had this very machine for 4 years now. It still works well except the flow has gotten worse, but not surprised after everyday use for 4 years. I discovered that it is due to the lever you place your cup against that pushes against the bottom of the carafe. It no longer pushes hard/far enough to lift the flap that dispenses the coffee. That will result in a poor flow of coffee to your cup.
